If you can hold a pen, you can doodle! In this class, you can learn how to make doodling into a meditative practice to increase mindfulness and reduce stress. Learn to draw relaxing, repetitive patterns and combine them into a beautiful work of art! Are you a coloring book lover? Take it to the next level by drawing your own artwork. You don’t have to be an artist- you don’t even have to show anyone what you draw. Leave your insecurities at the door and enter a no-judgement art zone!

You will need:
A pencil and eraser
A black, felt-tip pen of some kind (Sakura Micron pens and fine-tipped Sharpies work really well)
Blank paper (This can be any size- index cards with a blank back are great)
