Events › Language & Culture at CHPL: Stories of English Language Learners

Join us on Friday, September 19th for a multicultural celebration complete with food, music, and stories from around the world! The Cincinnati Story Center will be opening its new fall exhibit: English Learning in Cincinnati: Past & Present - a physical and digital exhibit and oral history project in partnership with CHPL's ESL (English as a Second Language) classes!

Come to the Story Center gallery on the second floor of the south building from 3pm to 6pm for food, entertainment, a presentation of the exhibit, and a short open mic. Feel free to bring a song, dance, game, poem, or a cultural artifact from your culture or country to share!
