Events › Transgender Day of Remembrance

Transgender Day of Remembrance is an annual observance that honors the lives lost to anti-trans violence. Together, we will honor the memory of those we've lost with a reading of their names, a poetry reading, and opportunities to connect with local community organizations such as Transgender Advocacy Council, Trans Empowerment Network, Human Rights Campaign, Central Clinic, UC College of Medicine, Trans Resource Collective and Black Power Initiative. Light refreshments will be provided. 

Doors open at 6:00 and program begins at 7pm. This event is in partnership with Transgender Advocacy Council, Trans Empowerment Network and Human Rights Campaign.
