While the Avondale Branch undergoes renovations, this program will be held at the
temporary branch location/ Living God Church, 434 Forest Ave.


ProjectArt’s free classes run from October - May at the Avondale Branch Library! Local, professional artists teach classes aligned with the National Arts Education Association standards and are informed by the teaching artist's personal artistic practice. ProjectArt classes are fun, imaginative and cultivate a love of learning.

Materials are provided for all students ages 8-18. Enrollment is ongoing throughout the year. Registration is required in advance, and space is limited. All youth MUST be registered for the October to May session at ProjectArt Cincinnati - AfterSchool HQ in order to participate.

ProjectArt classes will be conducted by Brooklynne Scott. Brooklynne is an illustrative artist and self-taught digital designer whose work spans various mediums, including digital artistry, printmaking, sculpting, painting, embroidery, and hand lettering. Her core focus is storytelling, which explores social issues and conveys messages of hope, kindness, and empowerment! Each project is intentional and aims to foster connections, initiate dialogues, and build community. She believes in the transformative power of art to drive change and evoke emotions, advocating for authenticity and societal impact while celebrating diverse experiences. Overall, Brooklynne seeks to create meaningful artwork that resonates with individuals and communities alike.
