Yoga: Senior Strength and Balance

Description

This 60-minute class begins with a seated, yoga inspired full body warmup, followed by seated core work. Participants transition to standing chair supported exercises to strengthen the legs and hips, and improve balance and coordination. Session concludes with seated deep stretches.
