The FDIC Money Smart for Small Business program introduces participants to the basics of building a business and connects them to resources. “Business Basics: Risk, Insurance & Credit” is a 4-week series (a 1.5-hour session per week) that provides participants with managing business risk through the lens of awareness, insurance, business credit and taxes.
It is strongly encouraged that you choose to attend all sessions, but you can choose to come to one session or any combination of sessions.

Week 2 – April 13: “Insurance: Choices for Business”
Week 3 – April 20: “Strong Business Credit: Demystified”
Week 4 – April 27: “Tax Planning and Reporting: Understanding Taxes and Your Business”
