Healthy Moms and Babes will be onsite with their Mobile Van Outreach Program, which is designed to connect women and children in the community with resources, referrals, and education. 

Services include:

• All Health Services are FREE (pregnancy, STI and blood pressure testing, ultrasound (coming soon)
• No appointment is necessary, no insurance required! Services are completely confidential.
• Doctor/Clinic Referrals
• Assistance with insurance and social services
• Home visiting referrals
• Women’s Health Information
• Support before, during, and after pregnancy.
• Health Education (prenatal, postnatal, nutrition, and more)
• Diaper, Food, Feminine Products and Potty-Training Product Distribution
• All services are linguistically and culturally appropriate. Translation services available.
