Events › An Evening with Acclaimed Violinist Randall Goosby

Take in a performance from world-renowned violinist Randall Goosby, the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra’s inaugural Community Artist-in-Residence. Held at the Forest Park Branch on Wednesday, March 25 at 7 p.m., the event is free and open to the general public.

Goosby is passionate about using his musical talents to inspire and serve others through education, social engagement, and outreach. He has performed across the globe, including appearances at the New York Philharmonic, Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Los Angeles Philharmonic, London Philharmonic Orchestra, Deutsche Symphonie-Orchester Berlin, and with the Orchestre National de France.

During the three-year residency, Goosby will focus on deepening connections between the CSO and Cincinnati through public engagement and creative collaboration. He will take part in public performances and events over the course of his residency, including meeting with local students.

After the Forest Park Branch event, you can catch Randall Goosby perform at Music Hall for CSO’s Classical Roots 25^th Anniversary Event on March 28 at 7:30 p.m., which will also be livestreamed for free on their YouTube Channel.
