Sure, maybe it's not the best movie in the Matrix franchise, but it does have the best car chase of them all.

Sexual Content: There was a terrible sex scene between Neo and Trinity. These 2 losers made for the worst screen-lovers that I've ever seen.

Add a CommentThis was a C+ nothing more. Long and tedious, but answered some of my questions that I had from the first movie were answered. Over the years I have not been a big fan of science fiction movies. Not a fan of pirates, clowns, zombie or chick flicks either but some people are. For those that like the science fiction I suspect this will work well for you. I have liked kung fu, cowboys, cops and robbers, gangsters and ones like The Hunt and Misery. We checked out the next Matrix in this series but have decided not to watch it because we have had enough of this type of move.
Terrible. The sex/bachanal and chase scenes served no purpose other than to add to the running time of this already overly long movie. Watched as part of a Halloween "Matrix" binge and it was a complete waste of time.
Not a strong as the first. Much less tight and interested. There are some great action sequences as well as interesting twists on the story though.
Don't lie. This wasn't a planned sequel. Oh. Keenu can fly? No, no. That's too boring. He make karate now again. We write plot to explain why. He fight many Smith. They look like PlayStation 2 graphic.
I promise to see it again and reevaluate. I saw it in the theater. I shook my head. And stayed past the credits for the trailer to the third film. And never saw it.
I often find when people write (no pun intended) they are really pointing out their pun. I tried to find this movie on netflix since I can't go to the library right now- spring 2020- but only the original came up. Smoking derringer or hokey gun down others? We should all put a rein on our disatisfactions.
Awful sequel to a cinematic classic. It's pointless. Except to make more money. The brothers creative vault is empty with this clunker. Only watchable at 2x fast forward, and even then it's quite tedious to watch.
Well. Where to begin?
This film is a sad sequel to a multi-$ blockbuster, with endless super-fly karate battles and militaristic gun scenes ad nauseum - wanton and soulless. Is there any reason to root for the recycled heroes? Should we care about lame sex scenes between who cares? I think not.
A dismal waste of life. Another sequel, another Hollywood money scam.
"Reloaded" was an OK sequel - But it contained a lot of rubbish, too.
Incredible in places, introspective in others, and the ending gets a bit confusing. There's a vision here, but it might be clear that what audiences see and the directors envision aren't exactly the same.
The car chase was probably the best scene.
