Large set consists of 14 infantry soldiers, 10 members of a military band (1 conductor, 1 bassoonist, 1 clarinetist, 1 bugler, 1 French horn player, 2 tuba players, 1 cymbalist, 1 bass drummer, and 1 flag bearer), and 8 detachable cavalry soldiers riding 8 horses. Large set also contains a toy covered wagon containing two soldiers seated in front ; the wagon has four moving wheels and the back has a metal covering that opens and closes; wagon also contains 2 horses attached to the wagon that stand on wooden rolling platforms; one horse also contains a rider. Large set also contains 1 cannon. Smaller set consists of 6 Elastolin soldiers in olive-colored United States World War I army uniforms (1 officer, 5 infantry soldiers), 2 cavalry soldiers, 1 horse, and two cannons.
